"In September 2009,
my wife and I decided to
build an inground
swimming pool. We had a
general idea of what we
wanted but we wanted to
discuss ideas with an
experienced contractor.
We wanted one contractor
to build the swimming
pool, retaining walls,
landscaping, lighting,
audio, and fire pit.
In talking to several
contractors in the
Hickory area, it became
apparent that only
Universal Pool had the
expertise and experience
to fully manage our
project. My wife and I
did not want to take on
the role of a
subcontractor. The end
result completely
exceeded our
expectations. We were
very happy with the
quality, workmanship,
and expertise. We never
thought digging such a
large hole in the
backyard would turn out
to be such a great
experience.
