From the informational meeting beforehand, to deciding location, to making our dream a reality, Carroll took the time needed to make it happen! We have recommended Universal Pool to more than 5-7 couples who are putting in pools. We received several quotes and met with several pool builders and NONE were as knowledgeable and professional as Carroll. He took the time to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our pool, even still keeping in touch and checking in with us months after installation. The entire process was a GREAT, stress-free experience! He’s the best around!
